December theme: Individual uniqueness

This quote is a reminder, to not hide individuality and personal spark.

It encourages us to honor it, celebrate it, and express it.

Sometimes it can be scary to show up as you are. Some days, you feel insecure about your imperfections, or struggle with an idea of "maybe I am too much."

Everyone has preferences, and it is ok (you probably do too).

Each of us has something special to offer because of the individual uniqueness.

Embrace your own and enjoy experience that comes with it.

The way you move is unique.

The way you hold poses is unique.

The way you transition is unique.

The way you experience yoga flow is unique.

So come as you are.

This month, we take up all the space "unapologetically" by reaching, lifting, and lengthening. Let us move without expectations or worries.
